Farming Life and Ice Cream

We have had an EXHAUSTING day at Rand Farm today. We started our farm jobs, which involved cleaning out animal pens; milking the cows and collecting chicken eggs. We have also visited a local arable farm, where we learnt more about the different types of crops that are grown and how that can impact our day-to-day life. This evening, we were treated to a visit by a local ice cream maker, Mr Dennett, who brought a range of ice creams, sorbets and frozen yoghurt to taste. But of course, the evening ended with a trip to the indoor play barn.
